3D Mining is run by XFactorAi LLC, registered in the United States, with its registered office at Ste 210, Office 4812, 7345 W Sand Lake Rd, Orlando, Florida 32819 ("we", "us"). This page explains what we do with the details you give us on 3dmining.ai.

What we collect

When you request a film, we collect what you type into the form: your name, your email and, if you add one, your message. We also note the time and the country the request came from. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we use it

We use it to reply to your request, quote and make your film, and talk to you about it. We do not sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

Who helps us

Cloudflare hosts the site and protects it from abuse. Resend delivers our emails. Google Fonts serves the typefaces. They may process data outside your country.

How long we keep it

We keep a request for up to 24 months after we last spoke, or less if you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop hearing from us. We follow the GDPR and the Australian Privacy Principles where they apply to you. To ask, email contact@xfactorai.com.

Films

We make films for our clients from their data and from public sources such as government tenure registers and satellite imagery. Project facts in a film are the client's, and their disclaimers apply.
